Pain Services Include:
Pain Consultations. A physician that specializes in Pain Management will evaluate your problem and make recommendations to help you reduce or get rid of the pain so that you can function better in life. The key to successful pain management is locating the true source of the pain.

Treatment of back pain caused by disc problems. Now there’s a new option for patients suffering from low back and leg (radicular) pain due to contained disc herniations, especially for those who have failed conservative treatments and are interested in trying minimally invasive options prior to considering traditional back surgery.
The procedure is called Percutaneous Discectomy. It is performed under x-ray or fluoroscopy using local anesthetic (sometimes with light sedation) and is much less invasive and expensive than traditional surgical treatments. (See below for Video Presentation)
There are other treatments for back pain. Proper treatment depends on locating the cause or source of the pain. Other treatments include the following:
